The Ontario Line subway is coming to Thorncliffe Park!

Metrolinx and Connect 6ix are holding an Open House at the East York Town Centre in Thorncliffe Park on June 11 to provide opportunities for our community to learn about the Ontario Line project, a transit line that will transform Toronto.

The Open House will feature the teams who are building the Ontario Line, including the operations, maintenance and storage facility, and the elevated guideways in the neighbourhood.

It’s a great time to talk to some of the experts who will be doing the work in the next few years about what is being built, the buildings, the trains and the future plans for transit in Thorncliffe Park. There will also be representatives from the city who can talk about the construction happening on Overlea Blvd. to make way for Ontario Line construction.
